Those Darn Cats!

I came home Tuesday night to find a serving platter from our set of fancy wedding china shattered on the kitchen floor. The first casualty from that set. Oh, did I rail at the kitties about that! They know better than to get on the counters.

Mike's broken a couple of bowls of our everyday china. I just keep buying more sets at Target.

My mom says she'll replace the platter as an anniversary present. I'll just have to keep the replacement away from naughty, counter-jumping kitties. Wonder if those motion detectors/counter top deterrents work?
