Diane picks us up in 15 minutes. We'll see another 6 houses and revisit the repo and the house on Upas.
The bonus: finding out yesterday that Jaime the house inspector had already inspected the repo for the listing agent and we can get a copy of the report! It hasn't shown up yet, but it should make for interesting reading.
Janet says the fact that Mike and I drove by Upas again is a good sign. :)
