Karma & the fired photographer

Backstory: Wrote a polite letter to fire the photographer because three weeks before the wedding, they couldn't tell me which employees they were sending.

Also asked for my non-refundable deposit back.

Update: Today received polite letter from fired photography studio 1) thanking me for my candid letter, 2) expressing regret that my experience with them was not more positive, and 3) refunding half of my non-refundable deposit!

YAY!! I can SO find a way to spend the extra $200.

Now, if we can just finish up the items on the 4-page-long wedding itinerary and find a vintage car to take us from reception to hotel, we'll be ahead of the game!

Wow, mere days away! Sure wish I could be there. Have a WONDERFUL time. It all whizzes by quickly.

Just promise me you'll resist renting one of those white Bentleys that play "here comes the bride" in car horn. Or one of those hideous hummer-limos.

Oh hell, it's YOUR wedding. You need one more person telling you what to do? Enjoy the festivities!

We didn't manage to track down a vintage car--a good thing considering what Mike's sibs, nieces and nephews did to the Dodge Magnum we were driving.

I didn't even want to play "Here comes the bride" at the wedding. No way would I go for that in a car horn.

The Scaries and other girlfriends rented a cool stretch limo to take me out on the town Friday night after the rehearsal dinner. Will post some of those pics shortly.
