Is there anything more heavenly than Thanksgiving leftovers?
I made turkey noodle soup last night and made a batch of chocolatey brown stock from leftover pan scrapings, carmelized vegetables and the carcass of Lorena Gobblit--that chick just keeps on giving.
Today I had two bowls of soup with stuffing dumplings. And two major foodgasms. Mmmmm.
