I got assigned to visit teach a woman only for December. Someone else covered her until November and she's moving this weekend.
Flocks of people showed up to paint the house inside and out, but now fewer people are heeding the call to service. In fact, last Saturday, it was ONLY me and my VT companion helping at the house. Carol gave me a key to the house, perhaps to ensure our return.
A small crew is headed over this morning. We'll see how much we get done. I'm tired. Not helped by yesterday's rush to get Christmas packages in the mail or the fight we had in the post office parking lot.
And tonight, it's the Hispanic MBA Association's Christmas mixer. Tomorrow, decorating and bringing hot cocoa to the ward Christmas party. Whew.
