Easter Feaster

We had a beautiful Easter dinner: grapefruit & avocado salad with mustard poppyseed vinaigrette and cedar plank salmon with a thyme/brown sugar/red pepper rub. And potato salad to use up some hard cooked eggs.









Alas, one of these dishes made Mike violently ill the next day. And even though we ate the same thing, I was fine.




Of course, there was a basket of goodies.
